基于大模型技术的智慧校园服务体系构建与规模化应用

摘要:

随着高校数字化转型的深入推进,传统校园服务模式面临诸多困境。本研究以北京大学为案例,构建了基于大模型技术的智慧校园服务体系。研究提出“1+N”智能服务框架,以“小北”为核心平台,衍生出覆盖学习生活、知识管理、科研、教学等多个领域的应用矩阵。在技术创新方面,提出了垂直领域多级知识召回、多路径知识检索融合、多轮对话理解与指代消解等关键技术。系统采用本地部署开源大模型,构建了三层技术架构和多层次安全防护体系。系统在北京大学得到广泛应用,取得了显著应用效果,形成了可复制推广的高校数字治理范式。
